Fred Henderson's now have a state of the art Accident Repair facility as part of our business offering outstanding repair and paintwork services for all motor vehicles in the event of collision damage.

 Smart Repair

At Fred Henderson's, you can also have bumper scratches and bumper scuffs repaired by appointment.

Both these processes involves painting so the vehicle would need to remain with us for the day although our site is open 24 hours for drop off and collection.

 Dent Removal: Hail Repair

During the North-East hail storm of July 2015 hail repair was at the very our core of our dent removal business, with our team of highly trained hail technicians repairing 6-8 vehicles per day without painting.

We engaged with multiple insurance companies providing all aspects of repair, including courtesy vehicles and 96% of hail damaged cars were returned to customers repaired within 3 days. We were the choice of Allianz insurance for all their hail damaged vehicles.

Fred Henderson's is the only repair facility that offer Paintless Dent Repair through your insurance company, we have a full-time PDR hail technician on-site, and our personnel can manage your claim from estimate to repair to return seamlessly.

Fred Henderson's will work with you to keep the cost of the repairs minimal, with our excellent operational skills saving our technicians time & effort which in turn will give you a more efficient & cost effective service.

  • We have access to a broad network of technicians all over Europe & the world in the event of a large hail damage incident.
  • We have management in the 3 stages of the operation (locating & prep / PDR repair / Inspection & delivery) making sure the vehicle is repaired in the fastest possible time.
